When CPV has a profit & cash flow plan they won't be 36c. They will be more like $1
The market has shown what it is prepared to pay as a minimum and that appears to be around 25c mark. With a couple of MOU's in the bag it has moved to 36c on a very small MC.
With a couple more MOU's it will move a bit more, maybe to 46c.
