The MOU that was announced on Dec 3

has a 60 day expiry to finalise the licensing agreement for South Africa.
which is also in the MOU today which was announced for the Middle East.
I would expect an announcement on Monday on if (or if not) the licensing agreement for South Africa has been signed and finalised.
