Reading the past arguments of how much power is generated and what it can run etc, has anyone considered the perspective of extra income generation for the building owner and the increase in asset value?
Commercial buildings value are based on income generated yes?
So if you now have a new income source surely this will increase the building value by that multiple? Will there be any carbon credits attached for the power generated and in which countries?
Just another perspective.
