Who is to say the outside skin of a building won't become a rentable commodity to generate power in a space constrained real estate precinct.
Integrate Zurreal advertising into the glass skin overnight to generate further income. Power income by day, advertising income by night.
Power generation by solar glass during the day negates the need for purchasing electricity from the grid to run advertising by night.
It's pretty easy to be "somewhat" confident in this stock I find.
