Just about anything will reflect uv rays, (buildings near snow and water will do best).

I am thinking a hotel in the Rocky Mountains or Swiss Alps (on the edge of a lake) would get maximum benefit.

"Different kinds of reflective surfaces produce a different effect on a current ultraviolet index (UV Index). UV can be reflected off open water, grass, sand, snow, concrete and painted walls. You can get a sunburn in the shade or when skiing on a cold, winter day."

With this in mind, I am assuming uv rays will be coming directly from the sun as well as indirectly off reflective surfaces.

I am sure the architects will take these factors into account when designing future buildings.
