Your story is that in Australia on a 45 degree day with it blazing sunlight in all directions for 14 hours a day and you are in the dock hand on heart saying "Oh, But it will only work 40 mins a day "
Yeah Nah.
It dosnt need peak power for 12 hrs a day to collect 130 watts per sqm per day.
