Unless someone dosnt understand how the earth spins, making the sun appear to move at different angles each day and through out the year.....
Then they would just think the earth is flat and the sun is always directly overhead, instead of the facts that the sun arcs across the sky with the average angle to the ground of 45% during each day. So at 45 degrees the angle to a flat roof or a flat wall is the same 45 degrees average angle
