The Low volume is partly the sellers have dried up, so it could only take a sniff of news and all the new volume will be buyers.
It would only take 200,000 volume to lift the stock price 10c up. So a few days of 500k volume could lift this 20c easily.
Hard to say when, but based on Trump etc, looks like we will have a Christmas Rally on the markets to slingshot up into 2019.
