sp < conversion(tenkan/zhuanhuan) < base(kijun/jizhun) < cloud.
MACD: minus divergence
RSI: 31 almost oversold
Volume: minor
The only optimistic is that sp rebounced as soon as dip to 21. But it could be possible to slowly slide to sub 20s if no further news/contracts to be announced.
