we are definately finding support at this level of low to mid 30's. I don't expect any significant news before Christmas but am happy to be proven wrong.
Buying at this level is recommended. Lots of work is being done in the background, if you talk to CPV management and their business partners if you can be bothered to investigate.
I am getting very good feedback from MOU partners and the interest that architects & builders are showing, which will start to materialise in the new year, but now is the time to buy to take advantage of these stabilised lower prices.
