So we have a head and shoulders on the VIX and an Inverted Head and shoulders on the DOW US30.
This is setting up right now for a Bullish breakout and DOW to hit new highs soon.
This should trigger Risk back on, meaning that money should become allocated to flow back into emerging markets and small caps like CPV soon,,
