What makes you think they will allow a subsidy for a window? A window is a window 100% of the time. The clearvue window is only a solar panel at it's maximum efficiency 40 minutes of the day. But it's still a window 100% of the time. I don't think they will automatically get the same subsidy. Only a fraction. At best only to the cost of the Clearvue portion. Not the installation of the window.
Did you allow any of that in your calculations?
