I dont believe Down rampers unless they have proof.

The Variables depend on what Building its on, the Weather average for that city etc and the angle of the Walls, and all those things are on a Highrise designers Software. So wouldve been factored.

Ive tried to work out the numbers myself, and I found the maths to be very simple. But most of my maths learning has been based around Building and calculating materials so I found it easy.

My Calculations showed there is huge Potential for the Solar Glass,

I calculated 110 watts per sqm per average day in Australia. And based on 10,000sqm of product on a highrise 3 sunny sides, I calculated 400 megawatts of power generated per year.

$60 extra cost per sqm of product, x 10,000sqm = 600k extra cost.

Yet the payoff on 400 megawatts over 30 years was 20 million, based on 5% rising power prices over 30 years.

Compared to Victor stating the extra cost was 2 million, that allows 1.4 million surplus.

Either way, if the extra costs to install is 1m, 2m or 5m, its still Viable with a 20m payoff .

The payoff is still over $10m above costs, even using much more conservative numbers.

Also there will be a Small house built soon, as well as a Greenhouse at a Uni in WA, so those hopefully will be showing better numbers than those I used in making Calculations.
