Im pretty sure there will be some boosts in the metrics for calculation once the House is finished with the entire exterior made from Clearvue Products and connected to a meter to measure and Calculate it on a real installation. IMO.
I would think its smart management to possibly under quote the watts, and then be able to possibly Over deliver once it can be shown and proven.
Much smarter to do this rather than promise 50 watts and mabe it returns 40 watts who knows, But Stating 30 watts and in future possibly proving 40 watts or more mabe, would be the smartest thing to say before the Greenhouse and the other House is built and finished.
Purely IMO.
