They right now are saying 30 watts, but in a Video I saw, Victor says the wiring is all rated to 50 watts, so it would be wired up to take 50 watts..

Im not quite sure of this , but its possible that the wiring at 50 watts may not need to be done by an A grade electritician.

Normal house wiring is at 240 Volts. So if the Window glass did somehow get to 50 watts peak or 40 watts peak or whatever it is in Mid summer. Then It should be very possible for the window makers and window installers to plug the wire connections in as they make the windows so all the wiring is just part of normal assembly and installation of the Windows.

I am licenced house builder, but I dont see any problem or difficulty in running a few 50 watt rated wires.

Its not rocket science. Also who wouldnt want to run a wire to collect some free power for 30 years.

Seems a no brainer to me, IMO
