The middle east and north Africa - besides oil their main natural resource is the sun (and Saudi is desperate for legitimacy outside of fossil fuel - plus they want to grow their own food - greenhouses).
Governments want to be seen to be imbracing green tech and will incorporate it in ministerial buildings - and they won't want to do it on their own - subsidies.
Amazon has declared moving to solar etc...and when Amazon moves , others follow.
Asia investing massively in energy storage and they love future tech.
Europe - because they are smart and want to regain industrial advantage - alot of green political parties too.
Antarctica?...and the USA because they love to crash a party.
Also people with Bach's and those that just buy stuff for the novelty factor.
