Once again:
Length 1000m - Cross Section of Wire 2mm2 - 1 AMP - 30W (Voltage drop is 17V).
There's no way a 1sqm glass panel is putting out 30V at 1 AMP. A dedicated solar panel array on a roof, wired in series, typically puts out 17V.
I rest my case.
