Also other Videos, but in this video from the 8 min point, Victor says $400 per sqm cost a specific Hypothetical building an extra $2 million over its normal outlay,
It Pays off that $2 million in 5 years, and a further $16 Million over the next 25 years thereafter.
From 8 mins , talks numbers and payoff, $2m plus $16m pays off from a $2m extra outlay.
