You clearly havnt done any research on this stock, there has been heaps of Videos explaining the Payoff and cost rate, Also Videos showing the Windows pumping more than enough power to run multiple fans off just one glass Pane.

Also you havnt factored in the Value of being able to generate power in plain sight without a power supply and without having to install ugly Standard Solar Panels as a retrofit after thought.
