You're a builder now? jack of all master of none clearly.
You should know most of all builders don't care about how much this will save the occupant over 20 years time, so long it reduces time and cost and liability.
All of which CPV does not.
Your regular ol roof solar panels are even a better solution then this at least they will get far more sun throughout the day then a building covered in shade.
