Buying CPV is a great Carreer option, IMO. My chippy rates are too expensive for mere Mortals so unless someone has a budget and knows how much they want to spend, I dont waste a day of my time quoting something unless its someone I know or Family thats basically a favor anyway.

The only way to make money from Building is to buy land, build something and sell it for profit , and with Land so rare and expensive its a Mugs Game with no profit in it right now, and Im only licenced in QLD as a Builder, I cant just move State and Build tomorrow, to many hoops to jump through.

Thats why I spend my time finding the absoute Best stock on the ASX with the greatest Potential Upside (CPV) and I invest my funds and my time into watching this grow my wealth.

CPV is my favorite Stock on the ASX, at just 50 Million Market Cap and World Wide growth Potential with low Overheads, no factory to build, No mine to dig, no Ships to buy,

This is a Business Model Similar to Afterpay that leverages off all the Established Industries and Businesses and Economies wanting to impose Green Star Ratings and Complianced for new Buildings in the Future.

Plus the Future of Building World Wide is in Commercial Type Super Structures with Clearvue Glass in them, not in the Kath and Kym Style Houses that I Worked my Carreer Building as a Chippy/Builder.
