I was watching the market depth this morning and noticed pre-trade that buyers were lining up to buy at 50c (pointing towards a bullish day as per most fridays for CPV) however suddenly pulled out when the big sell orders came through last minute. (new to stocks) My question is if the options were exercised and the director sold the shares:
1. Is it sold through commsec? Could that explain the big sell orders throughout the day? (multiple parcels, etc.)?
2. When they sell, do they have to announce it to the market?
Chippy it seems that you are right when it comes to KTD, CPV and 14D following similar price actions. Has this sort of action happened before? They're all currently at great prices for those who believe in the future of these companies.
