Havnt you heard, its 30 watts per sqm.

Victor talked numbers and payoff timeframe in that video above at 8mins 20sec or so.

He was saying the glass will cost 300-400 per sqm, but the numbers I calculated was based on $600 per sqm.

The extra cost of CPV glass over normal glass of the same grade was 50-60 $$ per sqm above equivalent glass cost.

So the Calculations I did for you was based on paying $600 per sqm .

With power generated rate of 110 watts per sqm per day. When thats only 3.5 hrs per day of light on them.

A real world test of an actual small house will be built very soon and mabe my Calculations are too conservative. Because it could be possible to average more like 5hrs per day peak on average x 30 watts per sqm.

In summer many of those panels could be getting 10 to 12 hours of peak power output, but my calculation was based on 3.5 hours per day.

If anything, I think you will find the cost of glass is less than my calculation,

Also the power rate I calculated didnt include supply charge thats an extra 40%

Also power hours, I allowed 3.5 hrs per day when it could be more like 7 hours per day.

Considering you would only use this glass on walls that would have a high yield rate.

You wouldnt put them on a South wall in Australia.

Or on a North wall in the Northern Hemisphere.
