These windows need to be incorporated into new buildings from the ground up. Buildings take years to plan, go through council, start up and get to the point that windows go in. It probably wont be until 2020 before they sell any windows.
Without much research I found Ubiquitous Energy and they apply the film to existing glass or new glass. Can be used in high rise, cars, phones too. Seems like it has a much lower cost advantage.
I just looked at the ClearVue website. I can't see any numbers to back up their claim there is any payback period. You haven't provided the video where Victor mentions any figures. How can anyone believe your numbers you posted last night?
