Dipped my toes in because I am intrigued. Windows that pay themselves off after 20yrs seems like a better solution that ones that don’t pay themselves off at all. For a 500m tall building with I am guessing thousands of windows there seems real potential for new building developers / owners who I am assuming are looking at there buildings lasting decades and decades. For the average homeowner maybe the numbers don’t stack up v traditional solar panels but for high rises it may just make sense. At the very least there is short term gain to be made on the initial product hype.
