I tried calling CP1 on Friday but the company sec. never rang back. Interesting what you discovered craigl. But we're still in the dark as to WHY so many sales haven't settled. There's also the question of HOW they paid out the 49% JV partner at Azzurra, cash or debt? They probably should bring in another (large) JV partner to that project to speed up the process imho. As for the sp , the sellers seem to be overwhelming the bottomfeeders producing ridiculous prices, common sense should prevail eventually.
