Highly unlikely. Both Clives are still on holidays. Where is Clive Mensink? How's their cruise ship holidays? Any chance holders invited? Will ARH's AGM be conducted on cruise ship?
I thought under corporate law, they need to file reports like annual report, tax, GST etc. Yet ARH is not in voluntary administration, very strange.
