CD - agree with you. Covered Calls better suited to stable stocks, but premiums are also lower. Premium on WOR is high as priced on volatility.

The reason I did this - as I think I mentioned before, is as a licensed finance professional I am not allowed to trade stocks. It is buy and hold for 30 days minimum. As I cant trade in and out, a good way to lock in some premium and hopefully get stopped out above A$8.25 was to sell a call.

I am giving up my license now so am able to trade full time, and will look at more pairs trade ideas for market neutral long/short positions.
