If you are a corporation and are sourcing your power needs or vehicle fleet fuel or any other aspect of your business from fossil fuels you are contributing to climate change, WHS and a myriad of other health effects and can theoretically can be taken to court.

It is a known fact pollution causes health issues just like smoking causes lung cancer.
