So One might deduce from that...That the judge rightly believes that the whole case was a bit of a waste of time and money..that both parties should have probably settled this for a couple of million and all got on with life... sounds like he's fed up with it all, remember well when the judge told chm off for delaying and denying them more time for gathering witnesses, and then made them put up more security for costs...Yes..looks like he wants this finalised, a flimsy case,taking up too much time... an award of a couple of million and gets it out of his hair and court.....Positive for MMX I should think!!!Happy days are on the way..If you hold MMX that is...
