from my understanding the judge and mmx (look at the change of statements by mmx) thinks that mmx is at fault here. its just the valuation that needs to be decided upon.
To my knowledge chm are wanting to use the valuation that the japs bought in at ie 50% the value of. This info was attained via a phone call.
Obviously mmx are not too keen......very obviously
chm are sticking to their guns.....and mmx are holding onto their buns.
At the end of the day i only want the story not the drama. As to settlement etc.....none of us know.
but that is the story so far.
My guess is that if the judge does want it out of his room then at tops three weeks we will have a decision.
until then its all speculation.....i guess that what makes it the stockmarket.
