Firstly thanks for the bit of inside knowledge of what MMX offered. No wonder CHM turned it down as without the cash from CHM there would have been no asset.
Grimaldi was not a former director but an executive director of MMX at the time all this went down.
You claim MMX had no knowledge but if the executive doesnt constitute knowledge then what does.
Every part of MMX defence falls apart as CHM merely has to say to the judge if this is not what happened let the witnesses come forth and tell their version.
Instead they ran a mile.
The number is going to be large and MMX needs to remember that denial is not a river in Egypt.
