MMX trying to get more information before the judge after closing submissions and that is not the smell of desperation.

Closing submissions largely about methodology of how damages are to be calculated and that isnt looking bad for MMX.

As to deducing that the judge thought it was a waste of time the alternative may be that he is very annoyed that MMX having had its defence fall apart (5 witnesses running for the hills) did not make a reasonable offer and may add more to the damages.

I do love how Glyna and MMX themselves think they know the judges mind.
