    When will the court order for the continuation of mediation be "properly dealt with by the court"? You just conceded the issue remains unresolved.
    The judge set late January for further mediation with return to court in February. Clearly there are doubts about whether the Miriori-Daveona "handshake" has the support of the broader membership.
