not to mention that CHM were hoping to create a nuisance and get a quick settlement.
If they had a decent case it would have been launched years ago. Instead they did nothing, and then at an opportunistic time they launched the case when MMX was making a scrip takeover bid, arranging the Mitsubishi deal, and preparing an infrastructure tender.
It seems there was never an intention to take this all the way to a court decision.
Anyway there's little point arguing about it...we'll know for sure pretty soon...if CHM can't raise capital pretty quick then they are kaput!
I can't wait to see CHM's next ASX announcement.
