Yes indeed, but going by the media news,asic and the TOV a lot of the shares that have been issued via these deals may yet be ruled null and void JMO.
Minesweeper,Nicola Phillips,Jiangxi was Sorrell, Richards,(was the Turkey deal),Swenson and Jose Barmondes(maranas) and Superstructure (Mortimer, Lia)
ASIC has tied all these companies and the people together(going by there anns).
