All we need now is the lawyers to say CHM had a weak case at best anyway.

Watch for all the tricks to come out from CHM. So close but so far.

You would have thought CHM would be crying out to get to court ASAP in hope of a settlement or at least to try & win. Yet they asked for a delay (denied). Why would they when they are running out of cash.

Still the problem doesn't die if CHM does. MMX should buy CHM when it goes into liquidation just to make sure this problem doesn't happen again.

People still splashing their hard earned on CHM thought.
