For those that are following the Court matters as well as what the Company is doing. Here's a small update as to how I read whats going on. As I've said, having no access to the brief, or the Court as to the progress, as I am not a lawyer this can only be surmised in generalities which may or may not be accurate as they are not much more than presumptions. So whether you take this with a grain of salt or not is up to you. If anyone else has other constructive opinions (not BS quips), I'd be happy to hear them.

As you may or may not know the Court matters are 'Supervised'.

For the P&E matter on the last Court date CXY made a lengthy reply to Defendant (Qld Gov). This Court Date (18 July) was to give the time to review that and see if they agree next steps.

We may find out the result of that, however my presumption is that we are not done yet. For myself, I do consider we are well down the track.


For Supreme Court matter, generally or broadly speaking we have undergone Statement of claims and statement of defense. Directions of Judge etc. Then Arbitration Process (without prejudice) which may or may not be ongoing or open to such. Amended Statement of Claims have been filed, along with amended statement of defense.

Again, I consider we are well down the track. My hope is for either settlement or trial date in the not to distant future. Unfortunately that well worn phrase in the markets "time will tell" applies as to whether I'm right or not.

In the mean time the Company is fortunately getting on with business. The next quarterly should be in a little over a fortnight and one can make ones own judgement on how we are doing with that.
