I am very happy for you/them that you've managed to get what was owed to you but I wouldn't like to be in their shoes if it comes out during some investigations or if and when a liquidator is called in to put an end to this very sick dog, that someone has been paid in preference to others. It all lies of course with the Administrator or Liquidator and as to how hard they want to look into it and act, or the amount of money involved, but there have been precedents that I can recollect where that money was made to be handed back.
