IMO it has been a total disgrace and possibly a total disregard to the shareholders by ASIC and the ASX to let it go in this way and if no actions were ever going to be taken against this mob.

Yet again we all have seen over the many years that the white collar crime gets away with murder more times than not. After all if you steal a loaf of bread or a pair of shoes you go to jail but if you manage to steal or defraud someone of millions of dollar you get a warning and reminded that you are naughty boy, and then told not to do it again.

I simply can't understand as to the greed and self ego of some of these people where all they want is to make money regardless of what will happen to others while they are doing it. But hey, have you ever seen a funeral pulling up at a bank on the way to the cemetery.?? I went to one yesterday and it didn't.
