    The subcontractor is the one employing the employees, not the principal contractor. If there is something untoward, then the subcontractor can drag the principal contractor into the Courts too.

    It is just the same whereby if you buy some faulty good which aren't performing to expected standards and/or they blow in your face causing personal and/or financial damage to you, your only recourse is against the seller/retailer of the goods to you and NOT WITH THE MANUFACTURER.

    What I find it amusing though, is where we are employing the CEO of the company which we are involved in some Court Case with. How could that be unbias and/or fair to both companies, that I totally fail to comprehend.??
