There is a difference there IMHO.
WM is suing them and they have got their tail up and countersue him for more than what he claims, while Hutch, at this stage, is sitting quite.
The point remains though, has the payment to Hutch been approved by shareholders.??
Unless of course the Chinese approved it already, and they have the final say on proceedings anyway with their majority control.
