As far as I know the Directors don't have a case to answer in it all. It is mainly Bull Dust Bond and those in management at the plant at the time.
Would have thought that they would have been called to answer in this case and still not certain if they will be or not. Certainly they need to be placed in the witness box to prove the case against the company.
Like you say if they expect to win down the track later this year then they should be on the attack now
