On the 23rd Feb the Australian Professional Standards Board (PSB) issued a decision holding that Colin Macauley, a partner at IPH Fisher Adams Kelly Callinans practice and described on their website as having a prestigious reputation, was found guilty of four accounts of unsatisfactory conduct / unsatisfactory professional conduct. He had found to have misled and deceived clients over numerous years.

Callinans had two major clients Halliburton and Johnson & Johnson. Halliburton has now gone elsewhere and it is unclear whether J&J will stay.
