Unfortunately hankok not being privy to the brief or as to what is actually being said I couldn't say.

All I can say with confidence is that the matter is progressing and not in limbo. The short (for Court) turnover date is encouraging in the terms of that we are heading towards a result.

What I do find interesting is that allegedly Linc (LNC) Energy has also jumped on the band wagon and allegedly suing the Director General of Dept of Environment and Resource Management (DERM). This was posted by 'imbiber' on the Linc thread

However at this point no one has been able to find out further information on that, nor what it portends to or even a further Court date. I will post it if it comes to hand if it is a similar matter.

On the bright side, not long to wait, we should find out in the next day or so.
