pago re SC, unfortunately without more information as to what has and hasn't been done, then it is hard to predict or speculate what will occur. It's quite possible however, and I do agree that the likely outcome will be another date.

As you stated the Planning and Environment Court proceedings may be another factor. The eventual outcome may assist in the damages claim in one form or another.

Should CXY win it, then whether or not they actually start Kingaroy up again under whatever conditions, is another matter. I do consider a good side note on it should such success be granted that CXY will add another flag to wave at investors and prospective client/s.

I think we'd all agree that we would like to see Cougar officially and publicly exonerated through the Court's and to stick that right up some portion of the media's........... ;)
