Thanks Doudou but this court case is very much ongoing.The earlier case was thrown out but I am referring to the James Warburton case where Seven is trying to stop his commencement with Ten until late 2012.

The case wrapped up yesterday and the Ruling will be handed down 10th May.

It has been fascinating reading and the Judge has already indicated that he will be commenting on Stokes inappropriate comment about Warburtom's evidence given at the hearing
