If NSW gov force ERG to pay lots money, ERG could stop to pay staffs, that could cause NSW railway running for free charge as without ERG support. That could be the natural way that I.T. company reward to bad customers.

If you tell the customers good thing, they don't trust much, but tell them bad results, they will trust lots then buy from you. That's the rule of I.I. sales.
