Agree it's not in the Govs interest to pursue any of the litigation, why bother to take a skeleton to court. The case against former directors is dead in the water. Only PB will be the one if any they go for but still they have not proven environmental harm so even he will puff his chest out. If he just gives up and walks then they will.
