ip56 i hope you are right for your sake but in these situations for every deal you know about there are three or four you don't. who has been promised a slice of the cake for thier continued financial and or legal support up to now? you will never know until (if) chm win and then you discover that half the win is actually owed to others that have 'helped' keep it moving along the way. i don't dispute that chm may win because as someone pointed out a while ago courts can make any decision - it is impossible to predict.
